Who is behind NULL GROUP
NULL GROUP is the studio name used by Parham Lilian and Meysam Rezaei. It is not currently a separately registered company. These terms cover use of this website only. If you engage us for project work, a separate written agreement will identify the person or entity responsible for that work.
Project inquiries and services
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve a project slot, or require either side to proceed. The services, project examples, experience, and perspectives on this website describe our work and capabilities; they are not a promise that a particular service, outcome, or result will be available for every project.
Any budget range selected in the inquiry form is a planning signal, not a quote. Before work begins, the parties must agree in writing on the scope, deliverables, fees, schedule, responsibilities, and any project-specific terms. That written agreement takes priority over this page for the work it covers.
Website information
Website content is general information about product discovery, software and digital product work, system improvement, and selected projects. It is not legal, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether information on this site fits your situation.
Content and intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, the website’s text, design, graphics, and NULL GROUP brand elements belong to the people operating NULL GROUP or their licensors. You may view and share links to the site for personal or business reference. You may not copy, republish, sell, or adapt substantial parts of the site without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Third-party names, marks, and project materials remain with their respective owners. A portfolio description does not transfer ownership or grant a license to those materials.

Applicable terms for project work
NULL GROUP works across Armenia and Turkey, but it does not yet have one registered contracting company. These website terms do not select a single country’s governing law or court. A project agreement must identify the contracting party and state any agreed governing law and dispute process. Mandatory rights under applicable local law continue to apply.
